Using Snap Camera, the PC application created by Snapchat, you can add special effects safely and for free.

Here's how to get started with Snap Camera:

Use Snapchat on your PC

1. Go to https://snapcamera.snapchat.com/ and start the download.
2. Read and accept the privacy policy and terms of service.
3. Select the download button for PC or Mac.
4. Run the .exe file for PC or .pkg for Mac.

With Snap Camera, you will see a preview of the webcam. To apply a filter to the video, simply select a featured filter.
