Shein allows returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags.
Some items, like lingerie, swimwear, and clearance items, are not eligible for returns.
Step 1: Initiate the Return
- Open the Shein app or website and log into your account.
- Go to “My Orders” and select the order containing the item(s) you want to return.
- Click “Return Item” and choose the products you’re sending back.
- Select the reason for the return from the dropdown menu and confirm.
Step 2: Print the Return Label
Once your return request is submitted, Shein will provide a prepaid shipping label (in most regions). Download and print it. If a prepaid label isn’t offered, you’ll need to ship the item yourself and cover the shipping cost.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Place the item(s) in their original packaging, attach the return label, and drop the package at your local carrier as specified in the instructions.
Step 4: Wait for Your Refund
Shein typically processes refunds within 7 business days of receiving the returned items. The refund will be issued to your original payment method or Shein wallet balance, depending on your preference.
