- Start or join a Teams meeting.
- Once you're in the meeting, click on the three dots in the meeting controls.
- Select "Show background effects" from the menu.
- A panel will appear on the right side of the screen with a variety of background options to choose from.
- Click on any background to preview it.
- If you want to use a custom background, click on the "+" icon and select an image from your computer.
- You can also blur your background by clicking on the "Blur" option.
- Once you've chosen your background, click "Apply" to save the changes and use it during the meeting.
