Share your location with friends and family safely.

Please note that location sharing is restricted for minors and Google Workspace users for security reasons.

Follow these steps from your PC or Mobile:

Share location from PC

1. Open Google Maps from your browser.
2. Expand the Menu in the upper left corner.
3. Choose the Share location option and Choose a person.

Share location from mobile

1. Open the Google Maps Maps app and sign in to your account.
2. Click on the profile picture in the upper right corner
3. Select Share location.
4. Choose a medium and the contact to which you will send your location.
5. Indicate how long you will share your location.

To make your location accurate, from settings tap Location > Mode > High accuracy.
